Racana Soedirman adalah Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Universitas Jenderal Soedirman yang bergerak di bidang kepramukaan dengan tujuan mewujudkan keselarasan antara Tri Bina Gerakan Pramuka dan Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi. Racara Soedirman akan membentuk anggotanya menjadi pemuda yang unggul dalam prestasi dan luhur dalam budi pekerti dengan menerapkan Kode Kehormatan Gerakan Pramuka

Racana bagi saya adalah tempat berkembang paling menyenangkan, di sini saya merasa dirangkul tanpa merasa dihakimi ketika berbuat salah atau tidak mencapai target. Saya menemukan kenyamanan, kehangatan, dan rasa ingin tahu lebih di sini.

Manfaat dari bergabung di Racana yang paling saya rasakan jelas antara lain, banyak belajar hal-hal baru terutama terkait Pramuka, lalu soft skill dan hard skill yang semakin terasah, dan yang terpenting adalah koneksi dengan orang-orang hebat dari semua kalangan.
